Each week, participants can weigh-in at one of the following locations:
- East Hills Shopping Center, 3702 Frederick Ave. #123, St. Joseph, Mo.
Tuesdays from 5 – 8 p.m., January 17 – March 27
- Heartland Regional Medical Center, East Wing, 5325 Faraon St., St. Joseph, Mo.
Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:30 a.m., January 18 – March 28
(There is no Wed morning weigh-in on January 11)
- Heartland Clinic of Platte City, 2703 Running Horse Road, Platte City, Mo.
Thursdays from 4 – 6 p.m., January 19 – March 29
